It is unconstitutional to impose TOLL TAX on any highways unless there is another road or proper way to reach the same place and that road where toll tax is being collected, has been constructed by a private body. This amounts to 'cheating the public' with a brazen shamelessness by the government. This is what the Indian Government has always been doing, latest being NH-8, Gurgaon.

Democracy or demonocracy
We suffer because we let demons (not politicians) rule our fate.
India will continue to suffer till our prime ministers shall lose their sleep over arrests of terrorists, and not thousands of deaths due to hunger.
